Lost progress stats or sculptures not collecting

Check if you’ve been auto connected to public wi-fi as well as your mobile network and choose one. Being connected to both can cause issues with signal. Then, close the app completely and re-open it, this will force the app to refresh. Failing that, log out via the menu in the top left and log in again, this usually resolves the issue.

Problems creating an account

Check you’re connected to the internet, either wi-fi or a mobile network. Ensure you’ve selected your age by clicking either the ‘under 16′ or ’16+’. Your age needs to be selected before being allowed to progress.

Problems signing in

Check you’re connected to the internet, either wi-fi or a mobile network. If you have already created an account go to ‘log in’ and log in using the email and password you used to create your account.

Change my account email

Go to Settings in the top left menu. Click on your email, edit the email address and click the ‘tick’ in the top right.

Forgot Password

On the login screen, click ‘forgot password’ to get a reset password email – check your spam/junk folders.

If no email arrives, check the Settings page (top left menu) to check the email you used to create your account. Check your email is spelt correctly. To change your account email, click on the email, edit it and save by clicking the ‘tick’ in the top right.

If your email is correct, and you’re still not receiving the reset password email contact us using the form below.
