Children’s Hospices Across Scotland

About CHAS

We’re committed to making sure that no matter how short their time together might be, it is a time filled with happiness and fun.

Our first Hospice, Rachel House, opened its doors in Kinross in 1996 and since then we have received phenomenal support from the local community. The prospect of bringing a trail to life around our hospice is a wonderful opportunity, not only for fundraising and raising awareness, but also to offer a free fun day out for families.

The Coos and CHAS

The Coos will be placed strategically in streets, parks and public spaces, transforming our community into an open air gallery that sparks joy in all who visit. The sculptures will then be sold at auction to raise much needed funds for Children’s Hospices Across Scotland, to help make sure nobody faces the death of their child alone.

MORE ABOUT

The CHAS Alphabet

The CHAS Alphabet is at the heart of everything we do. It’s bright, colourful and filled with fun and represents the joy we aspire to bring to the lives of the children and families we care for.

Best of all, the CHAS Alphabet is created by the very best designers – the children we care for.

Your donations create real change

Around 3 children die every week from a life-shortening condition, your donation will help us to support children and their families across Scotland. There are many ways in which you can donate to help our families, from regular monthly giving, leaving a gift in your will or by holding a fundraiser. If you’d like more information on different ways that you can donate please email support@chas.org.uk or make a donation online.
