Children’s Hospices Across Scotland

The sculpture depicts a highland coo made from sheets of copper riveted together. The sculpture is a nod to the rich history Scotland has with Whiskey and the world-famous distilleries that we have.
Perth and Kinross have many distilleries to boast about but is also home to the oldest Whisky Distillery in Scotland. This powerful sculpture captures the essence of our beloved animal and beloved drink in an eye catching and tactile way.

At the end of The Hairy Highland Coo trail our aMOOzing sculptures will be auctioned to raise money for Children’s Hospices Across Scotland. For over thirty years CHAS has been offering a full family support service for babies, children and young people with life-shortening conditions. We’re committed to making sure that no matter how short their time together might be, it is a time filled with happiness and fun.
