Children’s Hospices Across Scotland

Woolly Wallace takes inspiration from the famous Scottish hero Sir William Wallace, who bravely led Scottish forces into battle. His military successes saw him being knighted and appointed Guardian of the Kingdom.
Little is known of his appearance, but Woolly Wallace combines historic facts with a nod to a popular modern concept. He stands proud in support of CHAS, and looks forward to welcoming visitors from near and afar to the area.

At the end of The Hairy Highland Coo trail our aMOOzing sculptures will be auctioned to raise money for Children’s Hospices Across Scotland. For over thirty years CHAS has been offering a full family support service for babies, children and young people with life-shortening conditions. We’re committed to making sure that no matter how short their time together might be, it is a time filled with happiness and fun.
